Richard Poole (Non-Executive Chairman)

Mr. Richard Poole commenced his career as a lawyer with Clayton Utz and in 1993 he established Dumas Corporate the precursor to Arthur Phillip. Since 1993 he has operated in the financial markets specializing in small capitalisation companies and has raised or been involved in raising significant amounts so capital and now specializes in public company structuring and fund raising. He has practical hands-on experience managing companies (as CEO) from manufacturing operations in China to R&D firms in Australia. Mr. Poole is a director of E-Tick Limited, Microview Limited and Merchant House International Limited.

Mr. Warwick Mirzikinian (Non-Executive Director)

Warwick Mirzikinian has an extensive background in the complexities of the wholesale Mobile telephony market both in Australia and US. Armed with this knowledge he developed the first Virtual Mobile Service Provider model in the world as the founder of m8 telecom which now boasts over 100,000 customers within three years. Warwick's unique abilities and position in the industry has enabled him to network extensively to obtain from the market a continual stream of real time data about direction and trends. His opinions are sought after by numerous organisations and he regularly provides insight to strategy, sales directions, system implementation and development.

Mr. John Fries (Non-Executive Director)

John Fries (B.Comm (Hons); FCPA; MAICD; JP) has more than 45 years experience in finance, accountancy and administration. He is Honorary Treasurer and Deputy Chairman of Australian Red Cross NSW, and Chairman of Fox Invest, as well as serving as a director on another not-for-profit organisation and other private companies in which he has an interest. He was also Deputy Chairman of Tribeca Learning Limited when it was a public listed company. John was formerly Finance Director of Vodaphone Group in Australia, and prior to that Finance Director of McIlwraith McEacharn Limited, Oakbridge Limited and Great Northern Mining Limited (all public listed companies).
For 12 years from early 1970's, John was a Management Consultant in both London (Coopers and Lybrand) and Sydney. He has an Honours degree in Commerce from UNSW, is a Fellow of the Australian Society of Certified Practising Accountants, a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and recently a Member, Association of Corporate Treasures (UK). He is also a Justice of the Peace.

Trevor Hannah (Company Secretary)

Trevor Hannah joined Strathfield in 1991 as our Company Secretary and Financial Controller and joined the board in 1993 until listing in 1998. Trevor is a qualified accountant and a member of the Australian Society of Certified Practicing Accountants. Prior to joining Strathfield Trevor was Finance Director of AKAI Australia Pty Limited and also worked for Commonwealth Industrial Gases Limited.
In his role as Company Secretary Trevor attends all Board and committee meetings.
